Job Description

Quest Financial is looking for qualified candidates for a Data Entry Billing Clerk position for our client located in Alpharetta, GA.

THIS IS A FULLY IN OFFICE ROLE. Not a remote position.

This role is a temp to hire role.

  • Establishes invoicing priorities based on weekly project invoicing deadlines.
  • Reviews invoices for missing/incorrect information and contacts responsible internal parties for corrections.
  • Month end manual entry of credit memos into taxation platform.
  • Prepares excel billing details for client submission based on specific client/project requirements.
  • Manual currency conversion of Canadian invoices using procreated conversion spreadsheet.
  • Maintains accounting google doc to track invoice submission, PO, and payment approval dates
  • Ensures excel and PDF invoice amounts align and research to find discrepancies.
  • Submission of invoices to client by use of client provided billing portals and email.

· Mid-level knowledge of excel to include basic formulas, sorting, and formatting

· Organization skills

· Attention to detail

· Time management

· Computer savvy

· Proficient typing skills

Platform experience (preferred but not required)

· Quick Base
