Part-Time Data Entry Clerk (Typist) - Remote | Wfh

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Temporary Data Entry Operator to join our team remotely. In this exciting position, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with the retrieval of medical records and performing data entry reviews. As a Data Entry Operator, you will have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home. However, occasional onsite reporting in Albuquerque, NM may be required for trainings, technical support, and other team-related matters. Please note that for this remote position, a hard-wired modem with a minimum home internet speed of 15MBPS is essential (WIFI connections are not suitable).
This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months, offering weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate of $21.00. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a predictable schedule and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Working under the direct supervision of the Critical Incident Management RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for data entry activities related to Critical Incident Reporting (CIR).
Retrieve, organize, and analyze data, utilizing data mining tools and software systems in collaboration with other team members.
Perform intake and data entry tasks using multiple screens and navigating various platforms.
Verify the accuracy of data entered into the Critical Incident Reporting Portal, promptly correcting any inaccuracies and updating the portal accordingly.
Collaborate with the CIR team during routine meetings to identify issues, trends, best practices, and opportunities for process improvement.
Communicate effectively both internally and externally through verbal and written correspondence.
Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma, accompanied by two to three years of experience.
Previous Experience In Data Entry Is Required.
Strong written communication skills, including proficiency in business writing and presentation.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to create, sort, and analyze reports using tools such as Excel and Access.
Proficiency in using multiple software programs simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Must be able to achieve a minimum accuracy rate of 90%.
Comfortable working with multiple computer screens and paying attention to detail.
Critical thinking skills to analyze data and ensure accuracy in multiple reports.
