What You'll Do
Maintain Compliance: Play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client-specific requirements.
Efficient Data Handling: Sort incoming faxes and mail, meticulously adhering to department and client standards. Your attention to detail will contribute to accurate and timely transactions, exceeding client service expectations.
What We Require
Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of data entry experience, showcasing your proficiency and accuracy.
Healthcare Industry Insight: 1-year experience within the healthcare industry (hospital, managed care, physician office, PBM, etc.), reflecting your understanding of the field.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Windows applications such as Word and Excel, ensuring smooth navigation and utilization of essential tools.
