Job Description
Our client is looking for a Data Entry Clerk for a 6 months contract role in Alpharetta, GA. This is a data entry position.


Onsite role But could turn to hybrid after 6 week training.


Skills:


  • Must have Salesforce experience but would also like to have someone with SAP as well. If they dont have SAP, it is not a deal breaker. They are willing to train on this.
  • Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Document and report on status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
  • This resource will be creating tickets and assigning to the CSMs.
  • This is a part of the international team but a second language is not required.
  • Maintain daily contact with key client contacts and perform data entry / order processing within specified system.
