Data Analytics Specialist Jobs

SUMMARY A Data Analytics Specialist helps improve data quality through data cleaning and helps develop and maintain data / reporting automation processes. Additionally, a data support specialist creates reports for both internal and external users and interacts with users via phone and email on a daily basis. The position also requires the person to help with data collection and some data entry/analysis. This position is a full-time, direct hire position located in (HQ) Columbus, Ohio. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Support the data analyst(s) with reporting and data collection Improve data quality through data cleaning and data entry Interacting with internal / external users regularly to improve data quality and discover data / reporting needs Providing reports and data on an ad hoc basis Maintaining report production Additional duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience 1-2 years working with data and creating reports / maintaining report production Extensive Excel experience while knowing PowerPoint and Access a plus Experience and understanding of data / possibly large datasets Strong verbal and written skills Attention to detail Defining / maintaining new data collection processes Proprietary and confidential.
