Intern, Data & Analytics Jobs

• Analyze business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
• Identify and clean data to perform data analysis and exploration and create data visualizations to tell data stories
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to highlight opportunities where data solutions could improve business processes
• Determine how existing data could be transformed and/or combined with additional data sources in order to solve an analytical problem
• Explore existing data sources using Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau
• Create visuals and presentations to report progress and results
• Experiment with various big data technologies, statistical methodologies, and machine learning methodologies to prototype a solution to an analytical problem
• Ability/willingness to learn new technologies

• Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• 1-2 years of experience working with analytics tools, bonus for experience building data visualizations with a modern reporting tool ( Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Ability/willingness to learn new technologies
• Proficiency in SQL

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
