Cyber Security Risk Management Senior (Hybrid Or Remote Work Schedule)

The Cybersecurity Risk Management Senior role provides hands-on experience across all cybersecurity domains and direct interactions with information security and technology management! This tech lead will support risk management assessments, control design, and executive reporting.

Our team manages the Information Security department’s processes, risks, controls and reporting.

Your Impact:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s information security processes and controls, and consult process owners as new initiatives, risks, threats, control activities, and issues emerge.
• Review and challenge new/modified controls to confirm operational readiness and requirement coverage.
• Build presentations on top risks, trends and internal controls for senior IT leadership, risk oversight, and cross-business consumption.
• Proactively lead metric identification and development for senior IT leadership, risk oversight and audit consumption.
• Establish relationships with information security and risk management teams, becoming a trusted adviser for cybersecurity risk, control and reporting challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks.
• Proficiency with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity or risk management related processional experience.

Keys to Success in this Role:

• Experience writing or testing controls at a regulated enterprise.
• Ability to deep dive into various cybersecurity processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is $98,000 to $146,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
