Responsibilities:


  • Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and foster long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional assistance

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the industry or product/service offerings is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools
