We have flexible work hours available between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday, that are a perfect fit for a parent that can only work while their child is in school or for a college student that has to fit their job around their class schedule. As a Customer Support Agent or Order Entry Agent, you will be responsible for serving educators and internal customers by providing accurate information, placing orders, or resolving concerns.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products
  • Exhibit punctuality and professionalism
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed
  • Ability to professionally defuse stressful situations
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's online system
  • Must meet or exceed average team Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for phone calls, tickets closed, orders placed, and chats resolved
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the internal procedures and systems
  • Job Requirements -- *
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Customer service experience or equivalent
  • Proven ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Work closely with the sales team member to serve the customers
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Assist customers through phone, chat, and email
  • Additional training is provided for those that join specialty teams
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • Use Zendesk to communicate with customers and handle support tickets
  • Must be able to type 40+ WPM
  • Use Slack to communicate with other departments as needed
  • Attend department meetings, trainings, and team-building events
  • Provide online usage support and/or training
  • Accurately enter orders, speak courteously with customers, and resolve issues
  • Ability to quickly learn custom applications
  • Education and Experience -- *
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical aptitude is desirable
  • Regular and predictable attendance


Physical Demands --


The employee is required to talk, see, and hear. This position requires the employee to sit at a desk and reach with arms and hands, and use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and manipulate keyboard keys.
