- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products
- Exhibit punctuality and professionalism
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
- Ability to professionally defuse stressful situations
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's online system
- Must meet or exceed average team Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for phone calls, tickets closed, orders placed, and chats resolved
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the internal procedures and systems
- Job Requirements -- *
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Customer service experience or equivalent
- Proven ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Work closely with the sales team member to serve the customers
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Assist customers through phone, chat, and email
- Additional training is provided for those that join specialty teams
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Use Zendesk to communicate with customers and handle support tickets
- Must be able to type 40+ WPM
- Use Slack to communicate with other departments as needed
- Attend department meetings, trainings, and team-building events
- Provide online usage support and/or training
- Accurately enter orders, speak courteously with customers, and resolve issues
- Ability to quickly learn custom applications
- Education and Experience -- *
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Technical aptitude is desirable
