  • Assisting senior team members: Supporting the more experienced members of the customer success team in their projects and initiatives
  • Speaking up for customers: Acting as a bridge between customers and the company, making sure their needs and feedback are heard, and helping the company improve the product or service based on customer input
What we're looking for:

  • Experience for a healthcare technology startup or other SaaS-based company
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • And understanding of the clinician-developer relationship and the ability to successfully iterate through desired care models
  • The ability to build strong relationships, but internally and with customers
  • The ability to be flexible in a position with a lot of moving parts
  • A minimum of three years of customer-facing or project management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ownership mentality, someone who fully takes responsibility for their work
  • Problem-solving skills
Location: This role is open to candidates within the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones, with a preference for those in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
