Job Description

Position Details:
  • Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.)
  • Location: Remote in the State of Michigan
  • Wage: Starting at $14.00/hour (Attendance bonuses)
  • Shift: Mid-Shift (10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.) (Varying shifts; must have open availability)

Day to Day:
  • Career opportunity with a growing company and regular Employee Appreciation events
  • Answering incoming calls from REALTORS®, technicians, and homeowners
  • Making determinations on appliances, filing claims within our terms and conditions
  • No outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls
  • Live trainer with small class sizes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
  • Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
Remote Work Qualifications-After Training-Refer to remote work policy
  • Must have a direct internet connection to your home or the home from which you will work
  • Need to have a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free working space
  • Dedicate your full attention to your job duties during working hours
  • Must have internet speed of at least 50/100 MBPS
