Supervisory Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Program Manager for our 24 hour customized living home in Stillwater, MN. The Program Manager directs and manages the operations and activities of the home to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies that apply. To provide a need led service by adopting a person-centered approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
To lead by example, in a positive working environment and develop effective teams within the Home.
Provide regular supervision and annual appraisal to staff in line with agency’s procedures and standards.
To ensure good quality working relationships are built and maintained between staff and the individuals, they are supporting. Training Requirements: Program Manager Training Person -Centered Training Food Management Training

Qualifications

Understanding and implementation of state and federal regulations.

Computer skills, working knowledge of modern business software. **A flexible schedule is a must** Education/ Experience:
Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities
One year of supervisory experience in personal care services or in a related program. Benefits: Insurance is available to all FT staff working 32+ hours each week. 60% employer contribution towards Insurance premiums
