Sun Day Travel is looking for an excellent sales representative to join our remote team of Travel advisors. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to create exciting vacation packages.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, hungry for customer satisfaction, and passionate about contributing to personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
• Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and client desires.
• Consult on client requests - Create and present quotes based on clients wants and needs.
• Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
• Client communications - Address customer questions, requests and issues.

Requirements:

• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn
• 1-2 years experience selling a product or service
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
