Job Description
Our organization works with influential Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the telecommunications field. The goal of the Customer Service Agent is to provide benefits to low-income households. We are part of making an impactful marketing campaign that can positively alter various lives in the community, we need team members to assist us in several Customer Service Agent roles.


The Customer Service Agent will guarantee the accurate and timely collection and analysis of the Federal LifeLine Program data for monitoring progress towards meeting goals and reporting to agency funders.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent:


  • Represent Aces Global in a professional and business manner
  • Utilize tools and resources given by the company to effectively educate consumers on the advantages provided by the Federal Lifeline Program
  • Greet and assist community members in the division/program
  • Work with the other Customer Service Agents and Management Teams to secure new clients and protect existing clients from competitors
  • Empathize and deescalate consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care
  • Provide general assistance to the members of the division
  • Create, distribute, and collect records of program participants


Customer Service Agent Qualifications:


  • Superior organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be able to follow directions and work as a team
  • 1 year of account management/customer service/sales experience
  • Must have strong oral communication skills
  • Tech skills to include tablet navigation, spreadsheet, email, and internet usage
