Job Description

This is a Full Time position.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for costumer satisfaction, data entry, and brand management.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry in Excel
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Work with our vendors to meet customer's needs
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing and availability
  • Reach out to diverse media outlets daily to ensure that Wedding Packages maintains its media presence.


Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Perfect English. No grammatical mistakes please.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

Must be a VERY confident and assertive person in general.
