4. Develop a deep understanding of inventory management and sales trends by product line and SKU.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Prior logistics experience is preferred.

Personal computer proficiency with prior knowledge in MS Office products, Google products and Salesforce preferred.

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing and availability

At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

1.Minimum 2-4 years experience in related fields:

Strong organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Proactively manage demand-side and supply-side aspects of trip logistics and itineraries for customer reservations and events.

Collaborate with Finance, Supply-side partnerships and other teams to ensure the accurate and timely execution of tasks.

Manage cancellations, rescheduling requests and account credits and refunds.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-first approach

Problem-solving skills that include resolution of customer complaints and issues.

High School Diploma/GED and significant related work experience in logistics or customer supply chain

End to End supply chain knowledge including understanding forecasting, warehousing/ distribution, and transportation carriers

Ability to work under pressure with a high-volume workload.

Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Flexibility to provide on-call support on weekends & holidays as necessary

Oversees order fulfillment management including coordination with Operations team, proactive communication to the customer, order tracking and fulfillment reporting.

Management of database records and updating FAQ’s for prompt and efficient responses.

7+ years of proven success in CPG customer service or logistics management.

Qualifications & Experience We Are Looking For:

Data entry and required to troubleshoot customer problems.

Ensure timeliness and accuracy of order entry input into system via EDI or manual data entry.

Experience in order management systems (SAP preferred)

Proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills

Manage order revisions/swaps due to Allocation Blocks, Changes, etc.

2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain planning or logistics roles

Solid capabilities in MS Office Applications – particularly Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Project management experience is preferred.

Resolving process discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management.

Driving process improvements that impact inventory management, order management, and dashboard measures. Participate & lead customer specific initiatives and OGSM tactics.

Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is preferred.

A minimum of four (4) years of professional business experience is required.

Previous experience with business applications such as: SAP, BW, EDI and ERP Systems
