COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Mandate

Location: Remote (Must reside near a major airport within the East Coast region of the US.)
Summary:
Responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and communicating effective programs (approvals, specifications and promotional) resulting in consistent top line new sales within assigned strategic accounts. Establish and communicate priorities with national Broker sales manager for growth within the Foodservice Channel.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales plan for assigned customers through creating, selling executing and communicating annual customer specified or approved programs. Specifically, work with broker team and National/Regional accounts to drive sales and margin. Negotiate trade fund spending to achieve profitable sales growth and achieve Foodservice Net Sales and SAM objectives.
- Effectively utilize the company’s analytical tools (e.g., PlanX, Datssentials, Technomics ETC.) and processes to drive profitable sales results.
- Achieve appropriate levels of account penetration (Affinty level with C-Suite) with Top 25 Foodservice strategic accounts.

Requirements:
- Proven proficiency as a Hershey Customer Sales Executive, Customer Sales Manager or Sales Development Manager. General Foodservice Experience and broker management a plus.
- This position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work across the organization, advisory/consultant oriented, and extensive travel.
