Job Description
The Customer Retention Director plays a key role for this fast-growing, leading Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) company in GA with explosive historic year over year growth and expected continued growth through mergers & acquisitions and organic growth.


Reporting to the VP of Services, the Customer Retention Director will develop, optimize, oversee and continuously improve the Company’s Location Retention Program (LRP). The successful candidate will be one who is comfortable “rolling up their sleeves” and learning the business, developing internal and external relationship, and thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Evaluate unanticipated renewal challenges to determine most effective solution
  • Monitor long-term data trend to anticipate and develop process improvements that minimize location “churn” with the least amount of internal resources deployed
  • Create data management plan for annual location contract expirations and develop strategies for ensuring timely renewal
  • Provide periodic reporting to CEO and other Company stakeholders
  • Deploy appropriate solutions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Key Competencies And Experiences


  • Deep experience in liaising with other internal departments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possible relevant backgrounds include: Litigation, law enforcement, loss prevention, legal services including paralegal services.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion
  • Ability to foresee challenges and opportunities and respond accordingly
  • Track record of developing operational efficiency/effectiveness Programs from the ground up
  • Ability to present findings to a wide range of audiences
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience developing, managing and optimizing programs
