As the Customer Experience ( CX) Enablement Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the enablement of our Customer Experience Support team. You’ll be responsible for documenting new or updated processes, creating training content, and maintaining our knowledge base in Confluence. Your work will directly impact the successful roll-out of new products and features that affect customer experience, and be the voice of our clients and agents through the planning process. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including product, engineering, and communications.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand new tools and functionalities, assess their impact on CX, and identify documentation and training needs.
  • Document new or updated processes and procedures in our existing knowledge base, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Create comprehensive training and enablement content to prepare the CX team for new product releases.
  • Take ownership of our knowledge base in Confluence, reviewing existing content for improvements and identifying opportunities for enhancement.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on finding the best ways to accomplish tasks. Rather than relying on traditional methods, you don’t focus on how things have always been done, but seek out the best way to do something.
  • Highly analytical with excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills for effective collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, from initial planning to deployment.
  • Ability to effectively anticipate potential roadblocks and communicate expected challenges and solutions.

Bonus Points If:

  • Background in product or process improvement in a CX organization.
  • Expertise in TeamSnap CX processes and systems, enabling you to effectively anticipate the team’s needs.
  • Prior experience in an enablement role within a SaaS/tech company.

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $60,000 OTE, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Location
TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
