The Curriculum Advisor provides engaging in-person and virtual webinar presentations across the country. This position supports the Sales organization, primarily by developing and delivering competitive sales presentations and engaging in curriculum and product consultation. The Advisor excels at building quick trust with internal and external partners.


  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $74,085.00 and $98,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Travel: You can also expect up to 75% travel seasonally, to include air and auto travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote, but must reside near a major airport in CA.


Envision Your Experience.


In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Plan strategically with sales representatives to customize presentations for districts/schools.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer gaps and expectations and adapt presentations accordingly.
  • Travel to sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events (up to 75% travel requirement).
  • Plan and deliver presentations at state and national education conferences.
  • Deliver subject matter expertise in learning, presenting, and providing high-quality sales presentations and product consulting meetings for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade in Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies.
  • Exudes deep curriculum knowledge with the ability to pivot when it comes to pedagogy and platform.
  • Deliver highly engaging in-person and virtual sales presentations to current and prospective customers to drive revenue.

  • Successfully adapts to needs of the district including (but not limited to) curriculum Q&As, creating pre-sales tools, professional learning.
  • Work collaboratively with Partner Engagement team, having an “all in” attitude.


Share Your Expertise.


Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:


  • Ability to quickly learn our product suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Expertise using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent presentation skills live and over Zoom.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country up to 75%.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • In depth knowledge of technology-based educational resources (i.e., learning management systems and curriculum platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or Business and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in any combination of the following - Sales, Education, and Educational Technology; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
