The Curriculum Advisor provides engaging in-person and virtual webinar presentations across the country. This position supports the Sales organization, primarily by developing and delivering competitive sales presentations and engaging in curriculum and product consultation. The Advisor excels at building quick trust with internal and external partners.


  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote near the New York City area. Candidate must be located in close proximity to NYC.
  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $74,058 and $98,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Travel: You can also expect up to 50% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.


Envision Your Experience.


In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Work collaboratively with the Partner Engagement team, having an “all in” attitude.
  • Plan and deliver presentations at state and national education conferences.
  • Successfully adapts to the needs of the district including (but not limited to) curriculum Q&As, creating presales tools, and professional learning.
  • Deliver subject matter expertise in learning, presenting, and providing high-quality sales presentations and product consulting meetings for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade in Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies.
  • Plan strategically with sales representatives to customize presentations for districts/schools.
  • Deliver highly engaging in-person and virtual sales presentations to current and prospective customers to drive revenue.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Exudes deep curriculum knowledge with the ability to pivot when it comes to pedagogy and platform.
  • Travel to sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events (50% travel requirement).
  • Ability to identify customer gaps and expectations and adapt presentations accordingly.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:


  • Excellent presentation skills live and over Zoom.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology-based educational resources (i.e., learning management systems and curriculum platforms).
  • Willingness to travel seasonally up to 50-75% regionally.
  • Ability to quickly learn our product suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Marketing, Communication, or Business and a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Expertise using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
