Key Role:
Provide subject matter expertise in the fires and movement and maneuver warfighting functions focusing on doctrine, training, and force modernization. Assist the Army client with analyzing and understanding capability gaps from sUAS through Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD). Provide technical expertise and recommendations regarding system design, development, integration, testing, acquisition, and sustainment. Engage in the development of strategic and operational documents that address IAMD capabilities and emergent threats, including readiness guidance and pre-deployment training guidance. Assist with the integration of theater-specific equipping requirements into training in coordination with operational commands, force providers, and partner nations for deploying units. Analyze guidelines, specific policies, plans, strategies, and instructions to ensure the most efficient fires program. Produce reports, information papers, briefings, and other products for command leadership on threat capabilities and non-materiel solutions to counter them.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with the U.S. military as a senior NCO, WO, or Officer
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and experience working with the fires warfighting functional areas, including Field Artillery, Air Defense Artillery, UAS, or C-UAS programs or activities or 4+ years of experience working with the fires warfighting functional areas, including Field Artillery, Air Defense Artillery, UAS, or C-UAS programs or activities, in lieu of a degree
- Experience as Staff at Battalion or higher
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Force Modernization and Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM)
- Experience with Cyber and Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA)
- Experience with Full Deployment Operations
- Experience with Defense Acquisition System or Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
