Job Description
Game Producer
Job Title: Game Producer
Company: Spellbrush
Location: San Francisco/Tokyo/Remote
At Spellbrush, we're a small, tight-knit team of MIT-trained researchers who love anime and games. We apply the latest advancements in AI to anime and video games. You might know us from our viral internet meme site waifulabs.com. Our AI artist assistant helps illustrators and animators finish pieces up to 10x faster by automating much of the manual labor involved in shading, rendering, and coloring.
We're looking for a Game Producer to join our team and help us bring new and innovative games to life. As a Game Producer, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and production of our games from start to finish. You'll work closely with our talented team of artists, developers, and researchers to ensure that our games are fun, engaging, and visually stunning.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and obstacles that arise during game development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in gaming and technology, and apply them to our games and products
  • Manage the development and production of our games, from concept to launch
  • Communicate with external partners, including publishers, platform holders, and other stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our development processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with artists, developers, and researchers to ensure that our games meet our high standards of quality
  • Create and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Requirements:
  • Passion for anime, gaming, and Japanese culture
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Experience working with external partners, such as publishers and platform holders
  • Familiarity with game development tools and engines, such as Unity and Unreal Engine
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience as a game producer or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
At Spellbrush, we produce fun, immersive experiences with AI. If you're excited about working with cutting-edge technology and passionate about anime and gaming, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now to join our team as a Game Producer!
