Things you'll do

• Help shape and refine our CRM strategy across email, push, in-app, and maybe even Discord messages.
• Write creative briefs for the brand and content team.
• Report to the VP of Growth Internal.
• Collect user data and use it to activate our business accordingly through messaging and offers
• Analyze results and present them weekly.
• Work closely together with our expert success and data team to improve results.
• QA content and landing pages before we published.
• Set up our email and Discord automation and more.

Requirements

• Experience with automation.
• Fluent in English.
• An analytical mindset that can improve based on data.
• A person with stellar execution skills that never miss your deadlines, and who a get-things-done mentality.
• A good understanding of what drives reasonable conversion rates within CRM.
• Used Discord and are familiar with how it works and how to grow Discord channels.
• You are a friendly and nice person to work with.
• 3+ years experience with CRM (we use customer.io) - preferably from a gaming company.
