Crew Software Quality Lead – Remote Based

As Part of Crew Career path development we are encouraging our Crew members to apply for our new internal opening, we consider it as Rotation to gain more Cross reference industries experience.

Responsibilities:

• Execution based on the finalized Test plan/test cases to ensure that the released binaries meet the required specifications and quality.
• Considerable experience in Manual testing and knowledge of the projects system architecture and layers of communication.
• Providing estimates for individual tasks and ensuring that the actual effort does not overrun the estimated effort.
• Ensure that team members have adequate insights on testing procedures and always bring up new ideas in improving our testing
• Study Design Documents/ Technical requirement specifications, Evaluate and recommend technical approaches where applicable.
• The design document or requirement specification detailed Test Plan, test cases, and associated test documentation are to be created with the intention of releasing high-quality deliverables that meet the functionality without any mismatches.
• Create the test data required for execution as well as identify/Create test stubs (simulators) to mimic the actual production environment.
• Hands-on Automation test experience in Java, selenium. Knowledge of performance testing is an added advantage.

Skills Requirements:

• Significant demonstrated experience in testing best practices and methodologies Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD and release pipelines
• Good Experience with developing robust custom frameworks. test framework implementation, testing infrastructure setup, setting up regular reports.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Solid track record in software testing
• Database and SQL knowledge
• Hands-on Automation test experience in Java, selenium. Knowledge of performance testing is an added advantage.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage credibility and relationship with stakeholders
• Ability to provide mentorship and coaching to the QA team
• Experience in API testing/delivering high quality
