Intern - Project Manager (Fall)

As an intern for project management, you will work within Acxiom’s Solutions and Analytics organization to assist with implementation of sizable projects and bring high quality to product and solution development projects.

This is a chance to engage in the implementation of marketing solutions and products for our customers. Internship details: This internship opportunity will begin this fall Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas. 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester Anticipated graduation date between December 2024 Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status) What you will do: Learn about and eventually lead re-occurring established status calls to collect project status. Assist with note taking in status calls and update/build project plans accordingly. Assist in management of support issues to include solving issues and help with handling and distributing workload to the support teams.

A typical day would involve supervising incoming support cases, case assignment, and follow up on existing cases to assist in providing timely updates leading to full case resolutions.

Responsible for all case close out activities are completed and detailed.

Management of projects to include development of a project plan to include defining task to complete and defining timelines working with the needed partners.

Efficiently and accurately convey information between project teams. Develop/implement/update a communications plan for each project that specifies audience, medium, timeframes, and methods. Ensure timely delivery of accurate, complete, and concise project status report, proving continuous communication.

Responsible for ensuring all project close out activities are completed and detailed. Help in collecting monthly and quarterly metrics to produce needed dashboards and presentations for leadership. Assist in maintaining and updating SharePoint Sites, Salesforce data, Confluence pages in addition to other task as needed.
