I am looking for a hardworking nurse recruiting professional who goes above and beyond for the nurses you work with. We are a small, well-funded startup on a mission to create the best possible online platform for per diem nurses. You will be a 🔑player on our Operations & Provider Support team. I’m looking for someone to help take us from 1 to 100 and create the MOST exceptional experience for nursing professionals and our team. ⭐

Pineway is an online staffing marketplace connecting nursing professionals (primarily CNAs and LPNs/LVNs) with per diem shifts at post-acute care facilities in need of helping hands.

🏗️The work

• You should be able to call upon your existing network of nursing professionals as well as grow your network using online tools and in-person events.
• As our first nursing recruiter, you will be instrumental in setting the tone for how we operate and treat our nursing professionals. When our nurses think of you—and of us—we want them to feel that they are genuinely cared for.
• Your mission is find and onboard nursing professionals onto the Pineway platform in each geography we are active in.

• Highly organized, able to think 1 step ahead, takes initiative, time management, and be able to handle many tasks.
• Excited to have a ton of responsibility and have a big impact on a patient-facing product.
• Strong communication & customer service skills are a must.
• Note: we are looking for someone who is willing to pick up the slack where ever is needed and is a true team player.
• At least 2+ years as a full-time nurse recruiter.
• Problem solver, "figure it out" attitude.
• Live in Austin, TX (or willing to relocate).
• Must be available for company meetings during the day over zoom and available from 9-5 CT.

💰Compensation & Benefits

• Fast-paced, in-office startup environment

• $50,000 annual salary with commission (OTE = $95,000)
