Want to be part of an amazing team, hell-bent on crafting a better future? We’re always looking for creative people who care!
We are analysts. Creators. Designers. Doers. Dreamers. Explorers. Geeks. Hipsters. Leaders. Learners. Renegades. Seekers. Strategists. Visionaries. And we fundamentally believe that we’re better together.
We believe in teamwork, fun, complex projects, diverse perspectives, and simple solutions. How about you? We’re looking for a Creative Designer with the passion and experience to design what matters – one project at a time.
We are currently looking for a Creative Designer to join the Designit team that supports our Fortune 500 technology expertise client. This world-class team operates 100+ social media channels and 20+ marketing blogs designed for developers, IT decision-makers, IT implementers, business decision-makers, and end users. Each month, we publish over 3,000 social posts to help, inform, entertain, and engage community members across the globe.
The Creative Designer supports the Creative workstream, which produces innovative, digital storytelling experiences in the form of social posts, blogs, event marketing, and every other way we connect with our audience. Be the amazing creative designer you want to be. Roll up your sleeves and make some great break-through designs on highly visible channels. Be passionate. Be creative. Share your perspective. Push the line. Be obsessive about creative design. Our team constantly evolves our creative output through experimenting with new design styles, pitching new ideas, and uses each design request as an opportunity to elevate our passion for excellence.
What you will do:
- Produce internal team assets such as PowerPoint presentations, email templates (.oft), playbooks, training material, and other ad hoc creative
- Communicate with Social Design Lead and Social Copy and Creative Team Lead for scheduling and assessment of completed projects
- Assist in developing visual systems and brand guidelines for owned social channels
- Serve as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the brand, tone, and voice
- Interpret the client’s brand and accessibility guidelines and apply guidelines to creative assets
- Produce creative assets that accompany editorial, demand generation, and fan engagement posts for social media channels across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Receive creative direction from the Social Design Lead
- Bring insight on new format types and visual styles to test, advise on A/B testing, and share insights at quarterly creative workshops
- Collaborate with creative agency partners to produce creative that resonates with core audiences: developers, IT decision-makers, IT implementers, and business decision-makers
- Create and maintain design templates to support key workstreams such as events, announcements, demand generation, training, and education and constantly evolve them based on feedback from supporting team's insights
- Create graphics, illustrations, video, and GIF assets tailored to specified social channel
- Research, secure, and manage sourced photography that align to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with a cross-functional content team to evolve a concept into customer-facing content — from design exploration through front-end development.
Day-to-day responsibilities consist of approximately 70% art production, 20% internal and client collaboration (i.e. ideation sessions) and 10% project management and administration.
What you bring:
- An ability to communicate reasoning behind your work, as well as the ability to give and receive written and verbal feedback
- Microsoft experience a plus
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, color theory and other design principles
- Intermediate working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere
- Ability to understand/interpret brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Proactive in team brainstorms with the confidence to back up design concepts and new ways we could develop our craft
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Portfolio showcases a breadth of style and design capability including static layouts, motion and/or animation projects, developing templates such as .oft files, and working within design systems
- 2-3 years of experience in the digital and social creative space
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media design, motion design, interaction design, visual arts, or the equivalent work experience
Who you are:
- You are comfortable working remotely
- You have top-notch interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- You are passionate about social media and B2B technology
- You are collaborative to the core, with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- You have impeccable attention to detail, with an eye for detail and commitment to aesthetic and brand consistency

Would you like to join a global organization that...
