Coordinate project quoting and project management within the Pella OA/OF systems

Possess in depth knowledge of architectural and design concepts, construction practices and building codes

Able to effectively present Pella product demonstrations, and continuing education courses.

Possess a working knowledge of advanced window and door installation systems and processes

Has a working knowledge of building science concepts common to the architecture and design community

Utilizes assigned lead services and CRM to collect and manage account and project information (leads, activities, project information, etc.).

Strong leadership and project management skills including oral and written communication, problem solving, diplomacy, conflict resolution and risk management skills

3-5 years of experience in life sciences and/or biopharma (Corporate, Consulting, VC and/or Investment Banking) preferred

Demonstrated interest in corporate development (e.g., decision analytics, transactions, strategic partnerships) through course work or prior professional experience

Support deal teams during active diligence and negotiations

Work alongside CBSO colleagues on strategic projects and/or corporate planning processes

Participate in external engagement activities (e.g., partnering discussions), industry conferences and relevant trainings

Prepare presentations for executive team particularly BOD and employee meetings, conferences, and other external requirements

Develop queries, dashboards, and reports using various data analysis tools.

Regularly monitor media and industry news for topics of relevance to leadership, employees, investors, or board members

Healthcare industry and/or management consulting experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a strategic role (e.g., Analysts, Researchers, Consultants, etc.)

Experience managing small to medium projects or individual workstream(s) within larger projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of data analytics techniques, dashboard creation, and experience with statistical analysis; proficiency with reporting tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau.

Knowledge of financial services industry and product landscape
