Who You Are
You are a motivated community outreach professional who is passionate about implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives. You excel at supporting the design and implementation of programs in line with BHG’s community development efforts. You are organized, personable, action-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Support our partnership and programs with community-based organizations
  • Track key metrics of progress toward goals, and make adjustments to strategy and programs to achieve desired goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, peers, and leaders to build a culture within the CSR function to reach established goals.
  • Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders to deliver strategies that increase and sustain CSR engagement
  • Implement assigned corporate social responsibility initiatives and leverage current programs to drive and support specific aspects of our CSR strategy.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience or education in corporate social responsibility work is preferred.
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization as well as with external partners
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
