Position: Recruiter Office Location: USA (Indianapolis)
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Continuously partner with HR and Leadership Team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Business Development Managers across all major PACIV offices (i.e. U.S., Puerto Rico, and Ireland) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and terminated employees, and other candidate relationships
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Manage and attend job and career fairs at colleges and universities to find prospective talent and advertise PACIV’s company profile
- Work and form relationships with interoffice management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Develop and release job postings on all platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Coordinate with HR to deliver final compensation package to potential candidates that are intended to be hired, and manage any follow-up negotiations, questions, or concerns they may have throughout the hiring process
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e. phone, video call, in-person, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, database management (i.e. NetSuite) and internet search tools
- Familiarity with Job Boards (i.e. JazzHR, LinkedIN, InDeed, etc.), HR software and management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Ability to travel, as needed
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
- Proficiency with content management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
- Knowledge of Automation and Validation Engineering job functions and responsibilities
- Understanding of Life Sciences, Food and Beverage and/or General Construction industries
- Experience developing recruiting strategy
