Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter with significant sourcing experience to support a well-known partner within the manufacturing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing within manufacturing across a variety of functions.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with hiring leaders
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Actively source quality candidates for a variety of positions and functions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or video


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • UKG experience is a plus
  • Experience supporting manufacturing recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • High-energy and passion
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
