Description

The Administrative Coordinator directly support the Providence Doula Access Collaborative. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordination and administrative functions of vendor programs that provide patients with doula support services. Supports program directors, managers and supervisors, providers, and contracted vendors. This position ensures that assigned programs and projects are operating effectively.

Required qualification:

  • 3 years Customer Service experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years Administrative experience in healthcare setting, preferably Women's Health

Preferred qualification:

  • Have Doula Training
  • 1 year Program Coordination and/or Operations Leadership
  • 1 year Financial or accounts payable experience

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
