Job Description

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Partner. As a CI Partner, you will support executive and local level leadership within the Shared Services organizations and will be responsible for creating and implementing essential strategy deployment goals, improvement, people development, and daily management utilizing Lean, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies. You will report to the Senior Director, Continuous Improvement for Shared Services.

Within the Shared Services Organizations, You will...

  • Communicate process improvement activities, status updates and return on investment to senior leadership
  • Direct collection of data and support data analysis. Prepare reports and assessments related to improvement opportunities
  • Assist in accurately prioritizing improvement projects for the organization
  • Guide development, training, and auditing of standard work
  • Be a source of education and knowledge in all thing’s continuous improvement to executive level leadership and others in the organization
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Create and deliver presentations to all levels of the organization
  • Assist in developng continuous improvement (Lean and Six Sigma) training curriculum and provide both classroom and on the job education to leaders and teammates
  • Be a role model in the application of continuous improvement principles and practices
  • Develop and lead project plans related to process improvement projects.
  • Identify process or metric gaps within specific geographies and guide next steps to resolve
  • Serve as a teacher and coach for ongoing continuous improvement activities
  • Develop a business case for change and return on investments for improvement projects
  • Lead large-scale continuous improvement transformation efforts and support process improvement projects
  • Conduct business assessments utilizing value stream mapping, workflow, and product flow analysis, including data collection and analytics

We are excited to speak to someone with the following...

  • Participation and leadership in sanctioned Lean Process Improvements.
  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of process improvement experience, Lean, Six Sigma, Green belt, including facilitation and change management
  • Previous management, teaching, or public speaking experience.
  • You will need to take courses related to lean manufacturing to strengthen your knowledge and commitment. This will include ongoing seminars, benchmarking, and project activity.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
