What To Expect
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Digital Tools and Processes and will play a critical role supporting our Marketing team to ensure our customers (both internal and external) have access to the most recent and useful digital assets, including photos, videos, sales brochures, product images, etc. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining creative and marketing assets for our Digital Asset Management System (DAM) and our project management and proofing system (Workfront). Gain customer/commercial team input and work closely with IT to support and enhance Gates digital transformation toolkit, including the Adobe Workfront, Adobe DAM, SharePoint, along with ensuring marketing assets and collateral is properly maintained and managed across it's lifecycle in Gates.com and our eCommerce tools. This role requires a candidate who is familiar with systems and content/data management, is process-oriented, and is familiar with Gates products, customers, and applications in order to help deliver business insights and make wide-ranging business recommendations. The candidate must be a curious intellect, self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain file naming conventions and metadata standards across the entire organization and within multiple digital asset categories.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders/analysts to make future-state project enhancement recommendations, and develop requirements for Adobe DAM and SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Work with IT and vendors to document and address bugs and feature improvements for DAM.
  • Create, communicate, and help enforce processes and procedures to acquire proper files and appropriate metadata throughout the different user groups.
  • Develop and oversee marketing content processes, governance and workflows across Adobe Workfront into the Adobe DAM (Digital Asset Management) into external facing sites (e.g. Gates.Com & eCommerce)/
  • Track performance and gather user feedback to insure continuous improvement of the system, processes, and training.
  • Oversee daily maintenance and usability of DAM (Adobe Experience Manger) and support the day-to-day administration of system-content management tasks such as content clean-up, migrations, archiving, restructuring, etc.
  • Configuration and maintenance of SharePoint sites: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining SharePoint sites and ensuring they are updated, secure, and running smoothly.
  • Ensure useful, relevant assets are maintained across the system(s) and throughout the marketing asset lifecycle (ingest to archive).
  • Assist with planning roadmaps for DAM and Creative Operations tools and processes, including future developments, such as Adobe Fusion integration, and its related portals.
  • Work alongside Global Marketing and Customer Experience Teams to develop and maintain a continuous Improvement strategy and process, centered around providing relevant and up-to-date marketing content at every stage in the customer journey, and optimize search engine results.
  • Lead migration from SharePoint Classic to SharePoint Modern/365 across the design, development, testing, and implementation for the global business organization.
  • Provide technical support for system users and troubleshoot issues.
  • Oversee application of system-content keywords, categories, metadata tagging, and other identifying asset tags to improve search and accessibility, to effectively provide asset distribution and contribution.
  • Research and implement Catalog assets best practices for describing records; follow metadata standards, quality & brand control, adhering to language/formatting guidelines, use controlled vocabularies, etc.
  • Create and maintain supporting documentation for the system, policies, and training sessions.

About You
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and rights management
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • O365 platform knowledge: A good understanding of the O365 platform, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and other O365 applications is essential.
  • Minimal travel will be required for this role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Problem-solving skills: An ability to identify and troubleshoot migration issues is essential for resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for detail and ability to ensure data integrity during migration.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for data privacy, retention, and security.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data and perform data mapping.
  • 1+ years of professional experience is preferred
  • Project management skills: Ability to plan, prioritize and execute migration projects and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Adobe DAM a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
