Continuous Improvement Specialist Jobs

You Will

• Collaborate with partners to analyze continuous improvement needs and implement solutions.
• Assist employees in waste identification and improvement processes
• Use continuous improvement tools, including root cause analysis, process mapping, and statistical process control to eliminate losses.
• Identify measures of success and business impact and communicate progress to leadership.
• Present information in one-on-one and group settings
• Coordinate & lead continuous improvement tools to find cost reduction and continuous improvement efforts across the facility
• Be a subject matter expert on continuous improvement tools and processes, responsible for pillar team development and site wide training where applicable.

You Have

• Prefer Bachelors' Degree in engineering, business, or relevant field from accredited college.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing plant
• Experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement methods, tools and implementation
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Ability to recognize problem situations, investigate and take appropriate steps to resolve

Compensation
Annual Salary: $56,000.00 - $100,000.00
