Principal Business Improvement Analyst - Customer Quality

Our Customer Quality Global Process Excellence team is hiring! We are looking for a Principal Business Improvement Analyst.

In this exciting role as a Principal Business Improvement Analyst, the ideal candidate will join a fast-paced team responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient global processes for medical device complaint handling, regulatory reporting, FCA and PHO. Our team is responsible for continuously improving these processes, as well as ensuring related training, CAPA and audit support. The full job description is available via the link below.

Specifically, we are hoping to find the ideal candidate who can quickly step into several process improvement projects and provide significant compliance and regulatory expertise in our Customer Quality process areas (Complaints, Reg Reporting, FCA and PHO). Knowledge of combination products and/or pharmaceutical products would be a nice to have as well.

Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with the organizational skills and business acumen to present to VP level leadership when required and to represent our business in audits.

This position would be a hybrid role, (remote and onsite) at any of the following locations: Lafayette, CO; Galway, Ireland; MoundsView, MN; Northridge, CA; Miami Lakes, FL
