Content Coordinator

Ranker is looking for a Content Coordinator to join our WatchWorthy team. The Watchworthy team generates content diving deep on anything our readers may nerd out on in the entertainment space. From the nostalgic sitcoms to blockbuster franchises, we cover everything movie, TV, and actor related. Anything that inspires a passionate fandom or warm nostalgic feelings has a place on WatchWorthy and our smaller social pages.

A day in the life looks like:

• Collaborating with a team of talented movie and TV fans to make compelling, entertaining content for fans of every genre
• Working in Photoshop to create custom images for various social verticals
• Crafting dynamic social posts highlighting a wide range of Watchworthy content for a varied audience.
• Analyzing data and reader feedback to help improve the quality of readers' experience

• Can quickly understand and adapt to our audience’s tastes
• Can identify interesting stories and captivating images that might make someone stop and engage with our content
• Are an active participant across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Are a movie buff!! Whether it’s the MCU, Disney, Harry Potter, The Office, or basically anything TV or movie related. -- we want people who are knowledgeable and passionate about entertainment.
• Thrive in a team environment.
• Have experience and enjoy working with Photoshop.
• Social media experience is preferred, but applicants looking to break into the field will be considered.
• Like to use both the creative and analytical side of your brain. We are data driven social media scientists following trends and signal based on current audience interests.
