ClearView Healthcare Partners seeks Life Sciences Senior Consultants in New York, NY.

You will interact with both clients and teams within Clear View to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will engage in a number of activities, including:

• Synthesize conclusions and communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value [15%]
• Apply highly analytical approaches and manage project work streams specializing in complex problems at the intersection between science, engineering, clinical medicine, .and business [30%]
• Communicate scientific and business insights at varying levels of expertise, from a professional research perspective to that of C-level executives [15%]
• Manage primary research by speaking to physicians and clinicians across multiple geographies [10%]
• Apply and adapt these understandings during primary research with clinical experts to drive towards key insights e.g., potential clinical implications [5%]
• Structure, composition, function and Physic-chemical properties of drugs, medical devices, and therapies including process conditions and quality control
• Conduct robust secondary research, synthesizing coherent key points from in-depth scientific papers [5%]
• Rapidly develop an understanding of: [20%]
• Disease pathologies including their physiological and immunological implications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Science (Chemistry, Neuroscience, Biology, Pre-med, Biotechnology, or a related field) and 2 years of experience. Requires 2 years of experience with the following: Leading a straightforward project with minimal support (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.) and providing thought partnership for ambiguous or complex projects; Workstream management, including driving internal meetings, leading weekly client update calls, managing day-to-day client interactions, etc.; Serving as a mentor for junior team members; Seeking support for more complex projects or difficult client situations
