Job Description
Wadley Construction is hiring a Construction Office Coordinator to join our team of construction professionals! The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with great organizational skills, a positive attitude, and strong knowledge of the construction industry.


The Construction Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the WCI Leadership and Project Development Team.


Responsibilities :


  • Manage data reporting and procedures, such as creating processes, bid/project binders, contract
  • Issue PO's, track and generate reports pertaining to rental equipment
  • Manage prevailing wage timecards by verifying entries and processing weekly payroll
  • Provide administrative support by drafting/editing documents, creating templates, researching/compiling pertinent information, generating customized reports, creating bid/project binders, and working on special projects.
  • Prepare and review preconstruction contracts and coordinate final signatures from all parties involved


Requirements :


  • Hands-on experience of construction contracts, purchase orders, insurance, and tax documents
  • Deadline-oriented and results-driven
  • Knowledge of construction rental equipment and rental agreements
  • 1-3+ years of administrative and project coordinating experience within a construction company
  • Effective and professional communications skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong typing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Expertise with prevailing wage laws and payroll practices
