Job Description

The Corporate Office Coordinator is responsible for managing main phone lines, sorting and distributing mail, scanning documents, ordering supplies, fielding voicemails, and facilitating other documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Facilitating documents for business licenses, certificate of insurances and leasing, maintain a tracking system
  • Processing checks by depositing remotely, and tracking
  • Process monthly client related reports
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Process monthly Concur reports for expenses
  • Scanning and organizing documents for electronic filing
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person/department
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Fielding voicemails and forwarding messages to the appropriate person/department
  • Process various work orders daily

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of clerical experience in an office environment required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Some college preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Includes both a typical office environment and a clinical office. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm PT.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and carry up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
