Responsibilities


  • Uploading schedule of values and Budget Costs
  • Provides administrative support to the Branch Manager
  • Billing AIA requisitions for contracts
  • Assisting in Collections of outstanding receivables
  • Manage monthly timely billing of AIA requisitions for multi-state contracts from beginning to end
  • Interact with project managers to determine monthly billing
  • Other assignments and projects as defined and directed
  • Processing partial and final lien waivers and sub-tier lien waivers
  • Processing change orders


Qualifications


  • Experience with Textura, GC Pay and GC Specific Payment Portals preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with strong general accounting office skills
  • Experienced with standard accounting and office software programs such as Windows Office & Excel
  • 2 -4 years of experience of relevant administration experience
  • A quick learner who is very organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and re-prioritize based on the needs of the business
