CONCIERGE AGENT
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Concierge Agent who share s a passion for excellence and who infuse s enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Concierge Agents have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge o f the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer comp laints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
  • And More !
  • Assure that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
  • Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Three to twelve months of p revious Concierge and/or Sales experience required
  • Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems .
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel; Opera is a plu s
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Strong Customer Service skills
