Responsibilities:

• Wear-test garments upon request
• Must be able to work under pressure and for long hour
• Must be flexible, dependable, reliable, hardworking and capable of taking direction
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time in fitting
• Must be able to maintain standard URBN fit model body measurements +/- 1/2" at all times
• A fit model must remain fit and healthy, and must take care of skin, hair, and overall appearance
• Provide useful and concise feedback on garment fit, feel, and construction to Technical Designers, etc.
• Have good interpersonal skills, working well others in a team environment
