We are seeking to hire a Full Charge Bookkeeper that is excited about a new opportunity.


Compensation


  • $25.00 per hour


Hours


  • Full-time position (30-40 hours per week)
  • On-Site position at Clackamas Oregon headquarters. This IS NOT a remote position
  • Monday through Friday


Basic Responsibilities


  • Regularly report to management on the financial health of the business.
  • Post and reconcile bank deposits and credit card transactions.
  • Recording payroll and related expenses.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts.
  • Process vendor bills and related payments.
  • Generate reports and financial statements
  • Prepare wholesale customer invoices
  • Post month-end, accrual based accounting adjustments.


You’re A Good Fit If You’re


  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • An organized individual who can work in handle multiple tasks at once
  • An experienced Quickbooks Pro user
  • Previous experience includes retail accounting
