WinnCompanies is searching for a Compliance Helpdesk Specialist, who will serve as the subject matter expert for both Affordable Housing Compliance and the utilization of the Property Management Software used in the day-to-day operations of Winn Residential.


In order to succeed in this position, you will be expected to be able to solve most, if not all, Helpdesk inquiries related to Compliance independently, escalating when inquiries need director-level approval and review. Additionally, you will be expected to generate detailed reports regarding the nature of tickets submitted to the Compliance Helpdesk along with possible root causes of the problem, which will be provided to the reporting manager for strategic planning.


Please note that this is a remote role, which will be able to work 100% remote, depending on location of residence. If the selected candidate resides in the surrounding Boston, MA area, you will have a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate, execute, and document all Compliance Helpdesk activity to ensure accuracy, and repeatable resolution.
  • Analyze Helpdesk ticket activity to provide insight to training needs of the organization in an overall effort to reduce ticket volumes.
  • Provide monthly reporting on ticket categories and resolution time.
  • Complete various other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Triage ticket categories continuously for appropriate prioritization of ticket responses. Evaluate individual tickets, formulate plans for resolution/completion, and execute within standard SLA. Escalate tickets as necessary to ensure completion.


Requirements


  • Effective time management skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Proficiency in the administration of multiple affordable housing program types, including HUD multifamily programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and HOME.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in customer service.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Certified Occupancy Specialist, C3P, CAM, CAPS or similar designations.
  • NAHP, SHCM, or similar designations.
  • Experience with RealPage property management software.
