- Coordinate, execute, and document all Compliance Helpdesk activity to ensure accuracy, and repeatable resolution.
- Analyze Helpdesk ticket activity to provide insight to training needs of the organization in an overall effort to reduce ticket volumes.
- Provide monthly reporting on ticket categories and resolution time.
- Complete various other administrative duties as assigned.
- Triage ticket categories continuously for appropriate prioritization of ticket responses. Evaluate individual tickets, formulate plans for resolution/completion, and execute within standard SLA. Escalate tickets as necessary to ensure completion.
- Effective time management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with property management software.
- Proficiency in the administration of multiple affordable housing program types, including HUD multifamily programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and HOME.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in customer service.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist, C3P, CAM, CAPS or similar designations.
- NAHP, SHCM, or similar designations.
- Experience with RealPage property management software.
