Job Description
The Alexander Technology Group is working with a local Biopharmaceutical company near Boston that is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join their team. They are currently growing and are looking for someone that wants to grow within the organization. This person will be first point of contact on the helpdesk and will be responsible for responding to anywhere from 5-25 tickets per day. Issues could range from password resets, laptop setups, HW/printer issues. This is a contract to hire position that sits onsite 5 days a week Monday-Friday.
Applicable Skills
Must have 3+ years of experience
Bachelors Degree In Computer Science (Preferred)
Good personality and willingness to learn and grow a must
3+ year of prior corporate helpdesk experience
Windows troubleshooting
Experience supporting end users both deskside and remotely
Active Directory
Eagerness to learn and grow
