This remote, full-time role is a linchpin in driving our marketing strategy, nurturing a bustling community of physicians, and expanding our digital footprint.

As our Marketing and Community Lead, your canvas will be as broad as it is colorful:

1. Dream up and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with physicians. This includes content creation, email marketing, social media management, and SEO.
2. Cultivate lasting relationships with physicians, medical schools, hospitals, and other stakeholders. We're all about connections.
3. Plan and orchestrate events, webinars, and workshops that spark engagement and amplify the Andwise mission.
4. Craft engaging and enlightening content like blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media updates. Words are your paintbrush.
5. Develop and implement social media strategies that boost our brand's visibility and engagement. Even platforms like TikTok and Reddit are fair game!
6. Conduct market research to stay attuned to industry trends, what our competitors are up to, and the shifting needs of physicians.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are humming the same tune as our overarching company objectives.
8. Keep a close eye on our marketing campaigns' performance, providing regular reports on key metrics.

The ideal new member of our crew should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience wearing a marketing or community management hat. You should be savvy with social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools. A firm grasp of digital marketing best practices and the ability to tailor strategies to unique audiences is key. Excellent organizational and project management skills, top-notch written and verbal communication skills, and a burning desire to make a difference are also non-negotiables. Experience in the healthcare or financial services sectors and proficiency in tools like SocialPilot, Descript, Canva, and ChatGPT Plus will earn you extra brownie points.
