Community Events Specialist Jobs

As a Community Events Specialist, you will organize meaningful live experiences (virtual and in-person) to connect members of our community to grow our category, the industry, and our business while furthering our customers’ success.

A Day In Your Life

• Partner with the customer success organization to execute champions groups within our customers’ organizations. Approximately 24 meetings per year.
• Work with marketing operations to stand up a user group event platform.
• Partner with the Sr. Director of Community and Customer Marketing to manage the logistics of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB)/Industry Advisory Board (IAB) program.
• Partner with the Sr. Director of Community and Customer Marketing to get the executive community program off the ground.
• Extend the power and impact of the live community events by leveraging the online community platform.
• Manage the community events budget.
• Pilot the industry user group concept and build a program based on what we learn.

What You Bring

• Outstanding verbal and written communicator
• Driven, intrinsically motivated, determined with a high level of energy
• Thirsty for knowledge: wants to grow professionally and drinks in all he or she can!
• Some travel may be required in the future (max 25%)
• Demonstrated ability to putting the customer first
• 1-2 years experience managing events
• Highly organized, project management experience a plus
• Strong relationship builder including the ability to interact with customers
• Excellent at collaborating with team members and others across the organization

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $60,000 to $75,000. California is $70,000 to $85,000 and New York City is $65,000 to $80,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
