Conduct user research to identify user needs, pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and drive engagement.

Experience working on mobile apps or web-based products with large user bases.

Experience conducting user research, developing user personas and user journeys, and synthesizing insights to inform product decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams to successful product launches.
